First Glimpses of First Agentic Navigator for Development (FAND)
A major overhaul fo the OconEco website is in progress to showcase its two related main apps: FAND and CivicStrata. This page provides downloadable previous of coming FAND attractions.
As its name suggests, FAND helps users navigate through the vast expanse of information about development, from global down to quite local scale (County and even Block Groups, BG, in the US). It offers word-oriented as well as quantitave information although these previous only consider the latter, and mainly OconEco's proprietary databases. These give the navigation system is hierarchical structure, adjusting the scale and detail of FAND "maps" based on user interests.
The glimpses start globally exercise, mainly working prototypes of CommonWealth balance sheets for 237 nations, mostly 1950-2025 annuals with IMF-based projections to 2028. It then maps the world into 7000+ subnational units, before drllling down in one nation, the US. This provides similar balance sheets down to its 3000+ Counties, 2001-2024 annually. It ends with proof-of-concept work with Census Block Groups (BG) as units of observation if not analysis, for prototype County: Duval-Jax Florida.
